b. One man’s trash is another’s treasure. Our value added manufacturing process greatly reduces the threat of harmful materials washing or leaching out into soils or ground water. ReBase compared to non-bonded bases has a much longer lifecycle, saves the additional cost of deeper excavation with more haul-off, and the frustration of repairs resulting from base failure. ReBase is a plant mixed product which makes it a more consistent material in its moisture, density, and strength than soil treatments. This is due to the inherent variability in soil properties, field mixing techniques of treatment agents, and proper moisture controls which change with location and the weather. Rebase aggregates, cement and moisture are computer controlled by experienced plant operators that ensure the material produced will be of similar quality and reliability every time it is used.

c. Consistent quality. ReBase innovative quality control is constantly working on monitoring, developing and improving ReBase. As the needs of the dynamic construction industry evolve and change, so will ReBase. Gradation control is achieved through our state-of-the-art blending process allowing us to use materials that vary in gradation by combining them with other materials to maintain the target gradation range.
