out into soils or ground water. ReBase compared to non-bonded bases
has a much longer lifecycle, saves the additional cost of deeper excavation

failure. ReBase is a plant mixed product which makes it a more consistent
material in its moisture, density, and strength than soil treatments.
This is due to the inherent variability in soil properties, field mixing
techniques of treatment agents, and proper moisture controls which change

are computer controlled by experienced plant operators that ensure the
